CATHEDRAL HILL HOSPITAL

This new 1.2 million square foot replacement hospital facility located in downtown San Francisco will contain 555 beds for adults, women, and children.

  • Montgomery Corporation, in conjunction with SmithGroup, SutterHealth, and Herrero Boldt, continues to collaborate in delivering this large, complex hospital using the techniques of Lean Design

  • This project is being designed to meet a LEED Silver rating, making it one of the largest hospital projects ever to seek LEED certification

  • Cathedral Hill Hospital is one of the largest and most complex projects to be designed with Building Information Modeling (BIM), an advanced virtual modeling process that allows real-time design changes and reduction of potential errors
