A joint venture between BRIDGE Housing and the Institute on Aging, Montgomery Corporation was initially involved in conceptual and schematic design as a member of the construction committee. Currently serve as owner representative responsible for the following: maintaining project schedule from plan submission through project completion, review of construction in the field, thorough reporting to the construction committee and board of directors, and working within the strictures of a convoluted payment application review and approval process due to the involvement of Cal-Mortgage and HCAI.
