The Kaiser Oakland Replacement Medical Center is a one million square foot project in Oakland, California that includes building a new 12-story main hospital, a central utility plant, and a specialized medical office building with a cancer treatment center.

  • Phase 1: Five-story, 229,000 square foot medical office building with a cancer care facility, including radiation therapy, EVS, material services, health education, neurology, pharmacy, clinical lab, pediatrics rehabilitation, physical and occupational therapy, hospice and palliative care, chronic pain management, hematology, oncology, infusion center, dermatology, human resources, and medicine clinic.

  • Phase 2: 650,000 square foot 319-bed replacement hospital including the new hospital, a hospital support building, and central utility plant.
